introduction
about us
In 2020, Edu HR was established with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive support to the early childhood development sector concerning human resources and labor relations. Initially, the organization received a multitude of requests ranging from registration assistance to the development of policy and procedure documents, highlighting the need for a holistic approach that covers all facets of the sector, including compliance, administration, and training. Consequently, in 2021, Edu HR positioned itself as a prominent advocate within the early childhood and education domain, offering support services to schools in both impoverished areas and suburbs.
Comprising a board with a diverse range of experiences, Edu HR benefits from members who have backgrounds in school management and corporate environments, each contributing valuable knowledge and expertise crucial to the sector. By 2024, the organization extended its reach to grassroots levels by collaborating with other non-profit organizations and entities dedicated to bolstering the early childhood development sector.
Looking ahead, Edu HR is enthusiastic about its role in this sector and aims to provide purposeful leadership, support, and guidance to the early childhood development community, fostering a positive impact and meaningful contributions.
