Training and Development

Workshops Available

In the early childhood development sector, there is a significant deficiency in skills development. Many training organizations primarily emphasize accredited qualifications for educators, overlooking crucial aspects such as leadership, management skills, and operational proficiency within the sector. Sheree has curated workshops focusing on policies, procedures, and compliance, vital yet often neglected fundamentals in the sector.

While Edu HR is set to offer accredited courses in 2024, we have transformed these accredited courses into workshops. This adaptation will disseminate essential information to grassroots schools, enabling both Prianne and Sheree to educate school owners nationwide on key elements of establishing and managing early childhood development centers.

By providing these workshops, Edu HR aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring that educators and school owners are well-equipped to foster an enriching learning environment. The workshops will not only cover the academic curriculum but also delve into best practices for creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing spaces for young children.

By empowering educators and school owners with comprehensive skills and knowledge, Edu HR is committed to uplifting the standards of early childhood education centres and making a lasting positive impact in the lives of children across the nation.

Together, with a focus on continuous improvement and community-building, Edu HR and its dedicated members can create a future where every school owner, principal, educator has access to skills development which will allow children to have safe schools focussing on high quality education.
